SPECIALISED AND FORENSIC INSPECTION AND REPORTING.
As part of our services involved with investigation, diagnostic and rectification of structural problems and/or failures in existing buildings, we attend to a wide variety of engineering and building technical issues.

Many of new and existing building properties are faced with such issues due to their age and/or poor quality of construction and maintenance practices. Some of the issues, being the subject of our technical review, are associated with damages resulting from foundation defects, poor and shoddy building practices, “concrete cancer” and structural steel corrosion, waterproofing failures and many other aspects of civil and structural engineering.

We also offer our clients structural defect specific pre-purchase engineering inspections of both new and existing properties. The reports that are issued subsequently to these pre-purchase inspections advise the client regarding the observed structural defects and our opinion regarding the likely type and extent of necessary remedial works.
