We have assisted many of our clients to organise appropriate building contractors for projects designed by us.

It is not unusual for our scope of works to extend to the preparation of tender documents, assisting in the successful tenderer selection and provision of on-site inspections or technical surveillance services on behalf of our clients.

Our duties also comprise checking and approving of progress and final claims for payment.

In an advisory field, on numerous occasions we have been retained to assist various contractors and property owners to resolve and settle legal disputes associated with engineering and building matters.
